Building on The Wheel

There are some requirements involved in building a house on The Wheel; this includes a $2500 tap fee for water. Besides following the Protective Covenants and Servitudes, the Architectural Committee has an application and supplemental instructions to follow that must be submitted and approved, along with required plans, prior to commencement of any construction. Once the Architectual Committee signs off on the plans, construction can begin.
